How awesome Jane! LOve the purple you chose for the Dad octopus. Your coloring is so out of this world lately!!
ReplyDeleteI really like your card. That background paper fits perfectly with the image! Maybe someday I can learn to color like you do. I have to use Photoshop so I can fix all of my mistakes!
ReplyDeleteJane .. where do you find all your lovely background papers.
ReplyDeleteIt's getting harder and harder to find a shop in our area that stocks a nice selection of papers.
Buying online is not the same I love to see what I'm buying.
Is there anywhere special you buy from?
That particular stack I got from Michaels or Joanns in USA 2 years ago, sorry Ros!! I know what you mean though, I try to buy pads/packs these days so they co-ordinate, or like in this card I drew Octopi on each of the 8 cards to match the background paper!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the color combo. I'm a big fan of teals, blues and greens and this card just makes me smile. PERFECT!
ReplyDeleteJane you crack me up! I did the same thing - I posted my Dad's card on my blog and I realized that his town showed up last night on my visitor's feed - lol Oh well, I may have to do another card. What I need is a 48 hour day. I love the card- it is so cute. His stamps are so darling. I tried my new papers yesterday and they work like a charm with my copics - no more bleeding!!! Thank you for all your tips and beautiful work.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad to hear that the paper is working out for you Dania - I'm sure you'll get so much more enjoyment from using your Copics now ♥
