How awesome Jane! LOve the purple you chose for the Dad octopus. Your coloring is so out of this world lately!!
I really like your card. That background paper fits perfectly with the image! Maybe someday I can learn to color like you do. I have to use Photoshop so I can fix all of my mistakes!
Jane .. where do you find all your lovely background papers.
It's getting harder and harder to find a shop in our area that stocks a nice selection of papers.
Buying online is not the same I love to see what I'm buying.
Is there anywhere special you buy from?
That particular stack I got from Michaels or Joanns in USA 2 years ago, sorry Ros!! I know what you mean though, I try to buy pads/packs these days so they co-ordinate, or like in this card I drew Octopi on each of the 8 cards to match the background paper!!!
I love the color combo. I'm a big fan of teals, blues and greens and this card just makes me smile. PERFECT!
Jane you crack me up! I did the same thing - I posted my Dad's card on my blog and I realized that his town showed up last night on my visitor's feed - lol Oh well, I may have to do another card. What I need is a 48 hour day. I love the card- it is so cute. His stamps are so darling. I tried my new papers yesterday and they work like a charm with my copics - no more bleeding!!! Thank you for all your tips and beautiful work.
I am so glad to hear that the paper is working out for you Dania - I'm sure you'll get so much more enjoyment from using your Copics now ♥
